SuperbTech, Inc is a woman diverse owned Staffing Company providing Permanent and Contract Staffing Services to businesses. Our record of success since 1998 has been to respond to our Clients difficult Staffing Requirements as a result of time constraints, lack of resources, and manpower.
The foundation of SuperbTech was built on Contract Temporary Technical Staffing with an emphasis on Engineering and related disciplines. Southern California was our primary marketplace. Within our second year in business, our Clients requested that we expand our services to include Permanent Placement Staffing Services.
To date, SuperbTech, Inc. executes Contract, Payroll, and Permanent Placement Staffing Services for the Utility, Oil/Energy/Gas, Industrial, Manufacturing, Defense, Process, Government, and Refinery Clients. Our area of concentration and expertise is in the Engineering, Technical and Professional disciplines. Services are performed quickly, economically, and with competency.
Our geographical coverage for Permanent Placement Services is nationwide. Contract and Payroll Staffing Services are executed in California, Texas, Nevada, South Carolina and Georgia.

Jan A. Davis is Founder and President of SuperbTech, Inc. Her career spans over 20+years in the Staffing Industry. Prior to founding SuperbTech, Inc, Jan began her career with Butler International. She excelled, rising through the ranks as Recruiter, Account Representative and Vice President, Sales.

SuperbTech’s involvement in the Community
SuperbTech is not just committed to excelling in business. We are committed to making a difference in the Community. As of 2006, our company selected the Teacher Mini-Grant Awards as our Charitable Organization to donate to annually. This outstanding Program founded by the Westchester Rotary responds to the special requests of Teachers at the local public and private Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Cash awards are presented to Teachers to fund field trips, purchase special equipment, science fairs, programs, projects and other necessities that the schools are unable to fund. We proudly support this Program. It is the company’s goal to increase our annual contribution as the company grows.
Our Founder and President is an active Board Member of Special Needs Network, a non-profit community based organization serving under privileged families affected by autism.
