Outside Account Representative: Cold call, network, build relationships and develop a Territory from scratch. You will be selling our services to Department Heads, Procurement, and Human Resources. The Account Representative is a hunter and closer. They are responsible for researching companies, identifying targets to cold call, secure appointment, provide an overview of our services and ask for their business. Good judgment is essential in determining where and how you spend your time and why. Strong negotiations skills, tremendous people skills, industry knowledge, solid time management and closing skills are essential for success.

  • Prior Sales experience in a commission environment essential
  • College Degree preferred
  • 2-5years Professional Sales experience
  • Stellar References
  • Track Record to “boast” about
  • Staffing experience preferred , Technical or Hotel Sales considered
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Competent at developing a Territory

Recruiters: Source, evaluate, and screen candidates for jobs. Use applicant tracking database, network, Internet recruiting databases to identify quality candidates. Conduct cold calls and interview to identify new candidates. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates, staff, and clients. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers and facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. Develop and maintain inventory of qualified candidates. Maintain candidate records and metrics in the applicant tracking system.

  • 1-5years experience Recruiting Technical, Professional, or IT talent.
  • Knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven track record of accomplishments demonstrating ability to source candidates, establish relationships, negotiation skills, along with customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite plus Internet Recruiting tools essential. Applicant tracking systems a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Sourcing Specialists: Responsible for indentifying candidates, conducting status update calls, and maintaining/updating information for our internal database to assist Recruiters in their daily tasks. Additional information include update candidate contact info, continuously calling of candidates, responding to emails and candidate calls, interface with Recruiters. Knowledge of Engineering or Technical a plus! Part Time Opportunity 20-30hours per week.

  • Excellent computer skills and email required
